Educational Consultant (Elementary & Middle Math), Greater Fresno Area, California

As an Educational Consultant, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional professional development experiences across Fresno, the Central Valley, and California, supporting schools and districts in achieving their goals. A typical engagement consists of multiple PD days across an entire school year. This means your engagement will go beyond a “one-time onboarding” - it is an opportunity to build meaningful relationships and long-term student success.

Your Role
- Deliver full-day, in-person professional development for educators at school or district sites. 
- Engage with schools and districts through multiple sessions over the school year, focusing on developing strong strategic thinkers and achieving significant CAASPP score improvements.
- Consult school district leaders to advise on curriculum decisions and shape instructional practices. 
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and sales. 
- Create K-8 content related to the team’s objectives.
- Manage multiple districts and projects simultaneously while navigating seasonal changes in activity.

Your Expertise
- K-8 classroom teaching experience, 3-5+ years required. 
- Experience coaching teachers, e.g. instructional coaching experience. 
- Strong understanding of K-8 content–particularly in mathematics, ELA, and/or science. Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Education, or a related field.
- Willingness and ability to travel within the Greater Fresno Area/Central Valley/California (40-90 days at client sites during a school year; the rest of the year is mostly work from home).

Benefits
- Competitive compensation, typical project scope per school year: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00
