Students often struggle with these questions due to unfamiliarity with the tech involved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Claims and Explaining Thinking<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In Claims questions, students assess whether a statement is correct or incorrect and provide evidence for their conclusion. This requires deeper analysis and is often paired with the need to explain steps, either in writing or by selecting the correct explanation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Situational Analysis and Comparing<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Situational Analysis requires students to evaluate multiple answers, often using a &#8220;checkbox&#8221; format. Students may mistakenly treat these as multiple-choice questions and fail to select all correct answers.
