Eine formative Evaluation des Lernstandes dient der Begleitung und Unterst\u00fctzung von Lernprozessen. Um die Sch\u00fclerInnen angemessen fordern und f\u00f6rdern zu k\u00f6nnen, muss die Lehrperson ihren aktuellen Lernstand kennen. Mit Classtime kann eine formative Evaluation des Lernstandes digital durchgef\u00fchrt werden und die Ergebnisse den Sch\u00fclerInnen automatisiert und in Echtzeit r\u00fcckgemeldet werden.<\/span><\/p>\n

Klassischerweise wird der Lernstand am Ende einer Lektion evaluiert  – in Form einer Note, die durch eine Leistungsmessung anhand einer Klassenarbeit oder einem Test ermittelt wird. Hier besteht das Problem, dass zu diesem Zeitpunkt das Feedback  zu sp\u00e4t kommt. Es wird eigentlich erwartet, dass die Lernenden das Thema beherrschen  und mit der n\u00e4chsten Lektion begonnen werden kann. Die oder der Lernende hat dadurch gar nicht mehr die Zeit und die Chance, die L\u00fccke zwischen dem was verstanden sein soll und dem was verstanden ist, zu schlie\u00dfen.<\/span><\/p>\n

Feedback sollte also w\u00e4hrend des Lernprozesses stattfinden und das Lehren und das Lernen begleiten und unterst\u00fctzen. Die formative Evaluation des Lernstandes hat genau diese Funktion: Das Sichtbarmachen von Wissen und das Informieren der Lernenden und der Lehrenden \u00fcber den aktuellen Lernstand, um die L\u00fccke zum Ziel schliessen zu k\u00f6nnen. Verschiedene Studien konnten zeigen, dass dies, wenn richtig angewendet, das Lernen positiv beeinflussen kann (Hattie, 2009; Maier, 2010).<\/span><\/p>\n

An diesem Punkt kommt nun die digitale Diagnostik ins Spiel. Ohne digitale Technologien ist es kaum m\u00f6glich die Ergebnisse einer formativen Evaluation einer ganzen Schulklasse in Echtzeit zur\u00fcckzumelden, geschweige denn eine automatische Auswertung durchzuf\u00fchren. Aus diesem Grund sch\u00e4tzen Lehrpersonen die Verwendung von Classtime um eine formative Evaluation des Lernstandes digital durchf\u00fchren zu k\u00f6nnen . Sie geben an, dadurch den Unterricht besser steuern und jeder Sch\u00fclerin und jedem Sch\u00fcler individuelles Feedback geben zu k\u00f6nnen.<\/span><\/p>\n

Hier ist ein praktisches Anwendungsbeispiel wie eine formative Evaluation des Lernstandes mit Classtime durchgef\u00fchrt werden kann:<\/b><\/p>\n

Roman unterrichtet  eine 7. Klasse im Fach Deutsch. In der heutigen Schulstunde geht es rund um das Wortfeld Essen und Kochen. Um herauszufinden ob die Sch\u00fclerInnen das Thema verstanden haben und er in der n\u00e4chsten Stunde mit einer neuen Lektion beginnen kann, f\u00fchrt er am Ende der Schulstunde eine kurze digitale formative Evaluation des Lernstandes durch. Zur Vorbereitung der Schulstunde hat er zuvor mit Classtime ein Fragenset zum Wortfeld Essen und Kochen erstellt.<\/span><\/p>\n

Vor der Durchf\u00fchrung der Evaluation definiert Roman die Lektions-Einstellungen. Er m\u00f6chte, dass die Lerne<\/span>nden sehen ob sie die Fragen richtig oder falsch beantwortet haben. Deswegen gibt er in den Lektions-Einstellungen an, dass die richtige L\u00f6sung direkt nach der Antworteingabe angezeigt wird (H\u00e4ckchen bei \u201cL\u00f6sungen sofort anzeigen\u201d). Da er aber auch selbst \u00fcber den momentanen Lernstand der Lernenden Bescheid wissen will, setzte er ein H\u00e4ckchen bei \u201cErlauben Sie nur einen Versuch pro Frage\u201d. Dadurch k\u00f6nnen die Lernenden ihre Antwort, wenn einmal gegeben, nicht mehr \u00e4ndern (Abbildung 1 und 2).<\/p>\n

Durch die formative Evaluation des Lernstandes mit Classtime weiss Roman nun, an welcher Stelle er in der n\u00e4chsten Stunde ansetzen muss und kann au\u00dferdem einsch\u00e4tzen, inwieweit einzelne Sch\u00fclerInnen bei diesem Thema noch Schwierigkeiten haben und individuell unterst\u00fctzt werden sollten. <\/span>Wenn die formative Evaluation des Lernstandes abgeschlossen ist, hat er die M\u00f6glichkeit die Ergebnisse der Lernenden anonym auf die Leinwand zu projizieren (Abbildung 3). Dadurch k\u00f6nnen die Sch\u00fclerInnen ihre Ergebnisse vergleichen und einsch\u00e4tzen inwiefern sie noch individuelle Unterst\u00fctzung ben\u00f6tigen.<\/span><\/p>\n

Die Aufgaben k\u00f6nnen auch als Hausaufgaben aufgegeben werden und die Ergebnisse der Evaluation des Lernstandes am Anfang der n\u00e4chsten Stunde als Einstieg diskutiert werden. Damit die Lernenden sich auch zu <\/span>Hause eigenst\u00e4ndig damit auseinandersetzen, inwiefern sie das Thema verstanden haben und dies der Lehrperson zur\u00fcckmelden k\u00f6nnen, aktiviert er ausserdem die Option \u201cReflexion zur Lektion\u201d bei den Lektions-Einstellungen (Abbildung 4).<\/p>\n
